The different forms you will find in the websites related to the different promotional actions organized by ARTIACH will provide you specific information, case by case, on the purpose or purposes of the process behind the request for your personal data, for which your consent, along with all other information required by the personal data protection regulations, will be requested.

II. Replying via e-mail or phone to queries/claims sent through “Contact” forms on the site or via e-mail.

3. COMMUNICATION OF DATA

Personal data may be communicated to subcontractors (Data Processors) to handle data in the name and on behalf of ARTIACH and under their instructions to comply with the purposes indicated. In this case, the necessary contractual measures will be adopted so that Data Processors respect and protect the personal data of the data subjects.

4. DATA PRESERVATION PERIOD

Disaggregated data will be preserved without a deletion period.

Data provided by the users themselves via websites, e-mail or phone will only be treated for the period of time necessary for the defined purpose or, where appropriate, until the interested parties exercise their right to oppose, right to be forgotten or withdraw their consent or unsubscribe from the commercial communications service.

Once the respective preservation period has elapsed, ARTIACH will delete or anonymise the data as long as they do not have to be preserved for surviving purposes.

User data published on pages and profiles on social networks will be preserved from the moment the user offers his or her consent until he or she withdraws it.

Right of access: Know what kind of data we are handling and how we are processing them.

Right of rectification: Be able to request the modification of your data because they are inaccurate or untrue.

Right of opposition: Opt out of commercial communications in the terms indicated above.

Right to request the limitation of data treatment, in which case they will only be saved to issue or defend claims.

Right to portability: Be able to obtain a copy of the data being processed in an interoperable format.

7. IP ADDRESSES

Web servers will automatically be able to detect the IP address and the domain name used by the user. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the Internet. All this information is registered in a duly registered server activity log that allows the subsequent processing of data in order to obtain only statistical metrics that allow determining the number of page impressions, the number of visits made to web services, the order of visits, the access point, and so on.
